The building falls within the Molo Dogana of the Port of Cagliari, close to the historic center of the city. The renovations carried out were: internal demolitions and internal works for the redistribution of spaces, new bathrooms, air conditioning systems. Externally the following works were carried out: new access stairs, painting, stone cladding and new stainless steel parapet
